Valtech | Park Resorts

My role for this project was working closely with a UX Lead on the inception phase of a long term project for Park Resorts. My key deliverables were to develop rapid design concepts based on business goals, user needs and UX principles. The project involved assisting in eliciting end-user needs and user journeys from stakeholders and documenting these using lean UX principles.

The inception phase would be used to guide the larger stage of the project as the Park Resorts website was delivered.
