check out my Major Project from my last year (2006) when at Massey University studying Design on my homepage, and the supporting mobile presentation too.
The Central Proposition was…
“To create a website for people to organise a night out in one virtual space using a
collaboration of cellular and internet technology as an access point“.
Background
My Major Research Project stemmed from previous research into:
-Social communication within the overlap between the physical and virtual environments,
-An interest in live local music, in particular the promotions and ticket sales.
The physical access points to the internet are becoming mobilised and free with the
development of wireless mobile technology.
-More options for social communication are occurring within the virtual environment.
